Congratulations to our 2022 Associate of the Year, Deann Zobrak from Runkel Abstract & Title Co.
Deann is the current Secretary and past Treasurer. She continues to volunteer at Home Show, Parade of Homes, and Build My Future events and is involved with NTC’s committee to help support the Youth Apprenticeship Program.

2022 Builder of the Year
Alex Forer

Congratulations to our 2022 Builder of the Year, Alex Forer of Larry Meyer Construction Co., LLC! This is Alex's 4th Builder of the Year Award! His previous awards include the WBA Rising Star Award, Luminary Award, Spike Club Award, and Leadership Award.
Alex is currently a WBA State Representative, NAHB National Director, Sporting Clay Chair, Personnel Chair, and Golf Chair. He is currently a committee member for Building Youth Into Builders, Finance, and Bylaw Committees. He has previously served as President, Past President, Director, Membership Chair, WBA Membership Chair, Silent Auction Chair, and Parade of Homes committee member. Alex continues to be a Parade of Homes Builder, Home Show Exhibitor, and Build My Future Participant.
